I recently learned about Skedago as a great hydration mix that doesn't have artificial sweeteners or stevia that I try to steer away from, or lots of sugar like many others so I thought I would give it a try. I tried the variety pack first so I could sample each flavor and actually love them all! The Iced Tea is my favorite--really light, no after taste so its really refreshing. I now use one everyday just to make sure I drink more water since I never drink enough. I also like that fact that they don't waste a lot of plastic water bottles and can just add to your water bottle and take with you. Highly recommend!
